Inside Sales Associate
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Inside Sales Associate who knows how to open doors, build pipeline, and close deals — without needing hand-holding. You'll own the full inside sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and handing off (or closing) across merchant segments including enterprises, government bodies, educational institutions, and regulated businesses.
This is not a call-centre role. You'll be selling a sophisticated B2B fintech product to decision-makers who expect you to know what you're talking about.
What You'll Do
•Own lead pipeline — prospect, qualify, nurture, and convert
•Execute outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) with sharp, personalised messaging and templates
•Run discovery calls to uncover pain points and map them to SabPaisa product capabilities
•Coordinate with Marketing on re-engagement campaigns and inbound lead follow-up
•Maintain CRM hygiene — update deals, activity logs, and pipeline forecasts accurately
•Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings, demos, and conversions
•Provide ground-level market feedback to help refine positioning and messaging
What We're Looking For
•2–4 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments
•Proven ability to independently source and close SMB/mid-market accounts
•Strong phone and written communication — clear, crisp, no rambling
•Comfortable talking to CFOs, business owners, and IT heads
•Working knowledge of payment ecosystems (PGs, NACH, UPI, POS) is a strong advantage
•CRM experience (any — Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is expected, not a bonus
•High ownership mindset — you track your own numbers without being chased
