Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the client onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Manage client accounts, including account, MID management, customer or client query, and periodic reviews.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of MID and MIS.
- Coordinate trade settlements, reconcile trade confirmations, and resolve trade-related discrepancies.
- Documentation reviewing as per internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for regulatory and audit purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven of 1-3 years of experience banking/NBFC/Fintech/payment industry
- Fair understanding of operation management
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
