Operations Executive

Responsibilities: 

  1. Coordinate the client onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, documentation, and compliance checks. 
  2. Manage client accounts, including account, MID management, customer or client query, and periodic reviews. 
  3. Ensure timely and accurate processing of MID and MIS. 
  4. Coordinate trade settlements, reconcile trade confirmations, and resolve trade-related discrepancies. 
  5. Documentation reviewing as per internal policies. 
  6. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for regulatory and audit purposes. 

Requirements: 

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  2. Proven of 1-3 years of experience banking/NBFC/Fintech/payment industry 
  3. Fair understanding of operation management 
  4. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. 
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
