Senior Operations Executive


  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. Proven years of experience in operations management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  3. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  5. Deep understanding of fintech operations, including payment processing, compliance, and risk management.
  6. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.


  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across all operational functions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and risk management, to improve operational workflows and processes.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, implementing necessary controls and protocols.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
  6. Prepare and present regular reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
