SEO Associate

We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team who will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
2. Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
3. Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
4. Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
5. Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
6. Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
7. Write compelling and high-quality website content and page descriptions
8. Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
9. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
10. Develop and implement link building strategy

Requirements:

1. Experience with Google, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools
2. 2+ Years of experience
3. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
4. Experience with Google’s Keyword Tool
5. A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
6. The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills
7. Proven success in link-building and viral strategies
8. The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy
9. A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO
10. A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
11. Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
12. A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations
13. Familiarity with the best tools in the trade
