Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting outbound calls to customers to close and generate new sales opportunities. 

2. Engaging with prospects via email, phone, and online platforms to understand their needs and pitch relevant products or services. 

3. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. 

4. Following up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales. 

5. keeping abreast of industry trends and competitors' opportunities. 

6. Reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and results to management.


Requirements:

1. Communication Skills in Hindi & English

2. Experience using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records.

3. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets within the deadline

4. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and sales strategies. 

5. Ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contacts to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
