Assistant Sales Manager


  1. Must have 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup 
  2. Prior experience working for a high growth start-up will be an added advantage 
  3. Enterprise sales experience to understand all client requirements & propose a suitable solution using SabPaisa payments products and services  
  4. Develop channel partners through both online and offline mediums 
  5. Build, maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly business goals 
  6. Should have/build deep level understanding of payments/fin tech markets demands and trends 
  7. Ensure maximum conversion rates through sales efforts  
  8. Should have the ability to cross-sell and up-sell clients as and when required  
  9. Use sales tools effectively and drive maximum sales efficiency 
  10. Achieve sales targets consistently and thrive hard to challenge the competition landscape in the industry 
  11. Should have the ability to negotiate with clients who are using competition and handle objections with ease 
  12. Understand the client’s business use case/industry and volume potential 
  13. Understand and work towards the organization’s objectives at all times 
  14. Travel for client meetings and partnership development   


  1. Initiating and closing on Business proposals 
  2. Assistance in onboarding journey 
  3. Servicing on all Sales & basic lifecycle management queries  
  4. Working with cross functional teams for better resolution of merchant queries.  
  5. Cross-sell of Products to merchants 
  6. Self-driven, highly motivated individual 
  7. 5-8 Years of experience in Payment Gateway, Fintech, online sales. Experience in leading and handling a team of 4-5 AMs to drive & achieve Key objectives like GMV, revenue, Gross Margins, Active Reseller and merchants 
  8. Flexibility to multitask and meet project timelines and deliverables  
  9. Enjoys challenges and is a team player  
  10. Should have very good communication skills
