Regional Manager

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role
  2. 7+ years of experience in working with Banks as a channel partner
  3. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  4. Familiarity with CRM software
  5. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  6. Excellent communication skills
  7. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  8. Availability to travel as needed
  9. BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field

Responsibilities:

  1. Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives
  2. Evaluate region and individual performances
  3. Report on regional sales results
  4. Forecast quarterly and annual profits
  5. Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
  6. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  7. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  8. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  9. Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  10. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
  11. Extensive Travel in Branches and Zones
  12. Lead Generation with multiple partner banks & branches
