Senior Operations Executive
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven years of experience in operations management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of fintech operations, including payment processing, compliance, and risk management.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across all operational functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and risk management, to improve operational workflows and processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, implementing necessary controls and protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
