  1. Work with the development and design team to ensure payment flow is integrated smoothly into the user interface and customer journey. 
  2. Evaluate Payment Gate Options and come up with suggestions on the USP of SabPaisa product vis competition.
  3. Compare fees and Pricing structure- Propose competitive transaction fees, monthly fees, and set-up fees. Also, come up with a strategy for chargebacks. Refunds and international transactions.
  4. Assessing security and compliance as a Unique selling proposition for SabPaisa products as a key differentiator.
  5. Analyzing integration capabilities - As a Product Manager you should analyze the payment gateway's integration capabilities and compatibilities with your product technology stack.


Commercial Domain Expertise

  1. Drive the vision and delivery of new products and features
  2. Conduct Market research to identify potential features or releases and understand competition commercial offering
  3. Coordinate with the Go-to-Market team on launching new product features and market segments
  4. Identify the potential market segment and help build the sales strategy for the segment, (e.g Govt Banks/ PSU/Education institutions/Utilities companies)
  5. Subscription-based strategy for E-commerce
  6. Subscription-based product offering for NBFC
  7. Education Board payment gateway- detail all the procedure
  8.  E-commerce Payment gateway offerings
  9.   Hospital 
  10.  Referrals in industry segment/ Govt segment/     Education segment/ E-governance segment
  11. Working with the alliance with like-minded complementary service providers creates a new Product segment culture in the company 
  12. Create Product line P&L
  13. Enhancement of the offering based on data and analytics on the performance 
  14. Create Multiple website pages for our offering
  15. Enhance customized payment gateway
