- Work with the development and design team to ensure payment flow is integrated smoothly into the user interface and customer journey.
- Evaluate Payment Gate Options and come up with suggestions on the USP of SabPaisa product vis competition.
- Compare fees and Pricing structure- Propose competitive transaction fees, monthly fees, and set-up fees. Also, come up with a strategy for chargebacks. Refunds and international transactions.
- Assessing security and compliance as a Unique selling proposition for SabPaisa products as a key differentiator.
- Analyzing integration capabilities - As a Product Manager you should analyze the payment gateway's integration capabilities and compatibilities with your product technology stack.
Commercial Domain Expertise
- Drive the vision and delivery of new products and features
- Conduct Market research to identify potential features or releases and understand competition commercial offering
- Coordinate with the Go-to-Market team on launching new product features and market segments
- Identify the potential market segment and help build the sales strategy for the segment, (e.g Govt Banks/ PSU/Education institutions/Utilities companies)
- Subscription-based strategy for E-commerce
- Subscription-based product offering for NBFC
- Education Board payment gateway- detail all the procedure
