Business Development Executive - Semi Urban UP

Requirements:

  1. Proven working experience in sales or a relevant role
  2. Proven sales track record
  3. Experience in customer support is a plus
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  5. Proficiency in English, Hindi.
  6. Market knowledge
  7. Communication and negotiation skills
  8. Ability to build rapport
  9. Time management and planning skills
  10. Willing to travel to different locations


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  2. Coordinating with the channel partner (PSU Banks/Referral Partners) from Lead generation to lead conversion.
  3. To build mutually beneficial relationships with banks and help in the acquisition of clients.
  4. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  5. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  6. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  7. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  8. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  9. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  10. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
