Project Manager

Requirements:

  1. Overall Experience 10-15 Years, Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably with Scrum and PMP, Prince2 certifications. 
  2. Proficiency in project management tools, specifically JIRA and Asana. 
  3. Strong technical background, including knowledge of development lifecycles, QA processes, BA, UAT, TDD, BDD, and release management. 
  4. Experience in managing multiple projects using agile methodologies. 
  5. ­Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges. 
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. 
  7. Familiarity with PMO practices and CAB processes. 
  8. Previous experience in a development role would be advantageous. 
  9. Additionally, experience in the Fintech Domain will be highly valued and beneficial. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects concurrently, utilizing agile methodologies, Scrum, sprint, waterfall, and other project management techniques to ensure successful project completion. 
  2. Technical Expertise: Understand and guide teams through technical aspects, including development lifecycles, QA processes, BA, UAT, TDD, BDD, and release management. Provide technical guidance as required. 
  3. Tool Proficiency: Efficiently use project management tools such as JIRA and Asana to track project progress, assign tasks, and ensure timely deliveries.
  4. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives. 
  5. Problem Resolution: Identify challenges early, devise effective solutions, and ensure projects stay on track. 
  6. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous QA processes, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables. 
  7. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging cross-functional teams to work together seamlessly. 
  8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
