Project Manager
Requirements:
- Overall Experience 10-15 Years, Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably with Scrum and PMP, Prince2 certifications.
- Proficiency in project management tools, specifically JIRA and Asana.
- Strong technical background, including knowledge of development lifecycles, QA processes, BA, UAT, TDD, BDD, and release management.
- Experience in managing multiple projects using agile methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with PMO practices and CAB processes.
- Previous experience in a development role would be advantageous.
- Additionally, experience in the Fintech Domain will be highly valued and beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects concurrently, utilizing agile methodologies, Scrum, sprint, waterfall, and other project management techniques to ensure successful project completion.
- Technical Expertise: Understand and guide teams through technical aspects, including development lifecycles, QA processes, BA, UAT, TDD, BDD, and release management. Provide technical guidance as required.
- Tool Proficiency: Efficiently use project management tools such as JIRA and Asana to track project progress, assign tasks, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives.
- Problem Resolution: Identify challenges early, devise effective solutions, and ensure projects stay on track.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous QA processes, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging cross-functional teams to work together seamlessly.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
