Role Overview
The RSM / Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B growth in the payments space by building strong banking partnerships, acquiring merchants, and expanding revenue through alliances and channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales growth in digital payments
- Build and manage bank partnerships for business generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Scale revenue through alliances, merchant acquisition, and channel partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities and execute go-to-market strategies
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or banking referral sales, preferably in the payments/fintech industry
- Strong relationship management and deal-closing skills
- Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory) for local market engagement
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
